1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between you and Wayfinder Travel ("we", "us", the seller). Wayfinder Travel operates the Wayfinder app and website, which provide AI-assisted travel guides and itineraries for European destinations (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. The Service

The Service generates personalised travel itineraries, destination information, transport and hotel suggestions, and related content. Day 1 of each itinerary is a free preview; additional days, offline export and full features are unlocked through paid products (a single City Guide, a Multi-City Bundle, or an All-Access yearly subscription). Travel information is provided for inspiration and planning; schedules, prices and opening times can change and should be verified with the relevant provider before you travel.

3. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you purchased. You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam;
• infringing intellectual property rights;
• interfering with its security, introducing malware, probing or scraping it;
• reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or circumventing technical limits.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual property

Wayfinder Travel retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, generated guide formats, documentation and branding. Content you submit (such as preferences and notes) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. The All-Access Pass renews annually until cancelled; you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Profile → Manage billing, and access continues until the end of the paid period. 7. Service level and warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayfinder Travel is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, purchased content associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

10. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in its courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
